Authorizes charity alcohol auctions in Massachusetts.

The bill amends Massachusetts law to allow local licensing authorities in cities or towns that vote to authorize the sale of alcoholic beverages to grant temporary licenses for alcohol auctions. These auctions can be conducted by nonprofit charitable corporations and licensed auctioneers. The temporary licenses are valid for up to 10 consecutive days and cannot be granted more than twice a year. Alcoholic beverages for these auctions can be donated by individuals or licensed manufacturers and sellers.
