Massachusetts H5351 allows local licensing authorities in cities or towns to grant temporary licenses for alcohol auctions to certain applicants. The temporary licenses are valid for up to 10 consecutive days and can be issued up to twice a year. The proceeds from these auctions must be used for charitable purposes.
