Massachusetts H5345 allows the town of Westford to issue an additional license for selling alcoholic beverages off-premises to Keshav Partnership Group LLC, operating as Main Street Convenience. The license is subject to all regulations except section 17 of chapter 138. The license cannot be transferred to another location but can be renewed by a new applicant if they meet certain conditions. If the license is terminated, cancelled, or revoked, the town can grant it to a new applicant within three years. The license must be issued within a year of the act's passage.
