Massachusetts H5342 authorizes the town of Bridgewater to issue an additional license for the sale of alcohol beverages not to be drunk on the premises. The license is subject to all conditions of chapter 138 except section 17. The licensing authority cannot approve the transfer of the license to another location but may grant it to a new applicant at the same location if the applicant meets certain conditions. The license must be issued within two years of the act's passage.
