Authorizes the city of Boston to grant easements or take certain parcels of land for park and recreational purposes.

The bill authorizes the city of Boston to grant easements or take certain parcels of land for public park and recreational purposes. The land, totaling approximately 3,654 square feet, will be held by the Parks and Recreation Commission. The City of Boston Public Improvements Commission must abandon certain easement rights before any document conveying or taking a highway easement is valid. The bill also allows for the temporary use of Joslin Park during construction of a new cancer hospital and associated site work.
