Authorizes the City of Boston to grant easements or take certain parcels of land for public park and recreational purposes.

The bill authorizes the City of Boston to grant highway easements or take certain parcels of land for public park and recreational purposes. Specifically, it allows the City of Boston to abandon easement rights in certain areas of Joslin Place and Deaconess Road, and accept a deed for portions of Joslin Place from Joslin Diabetes Center, Inc. The land will be held by the City of Boston under the care, custody, and control of the Parks and Recreation Commission for public park and recreational purposes.
