Establishes a provisional license for social work associates who have failed the exam within 10 points twice.

The bill amends Chapter 112 to introduce a provisional Licensed Social Work Associate license for applicants who have failed the Associates exam within 10 points twice. This provisional license is valid for up to one year, during which the licensee must complete professional development and educational requirements. Upon completion, the licensee is exempt from the exam and granted a full license. Licensees with provisional status must maintain a professional portfolio and receive quarterly evaluations from their supervisor.
