Grants creditable service to Jason Patrissi for his Vermont corrections work to calculate his Massachusetts retirement benefits.

This bill authorizes the State Board of Retirement to credit Jason Patrissi with up to 6 years of service for his work in Vermont's corrections department, from December 1998 to March 2006, to calculate his Massachusetts probation service retirement benefits. This creditable service is contingent on the service being deemed equivalent by the state board. Patrissi must also contribute to the state employees' retirement system for this creditable service.
