Massachusetts H5099 authorizes the town of Raynham to grant an additional license for the sale of alcoholic beverages not to be drunk on the premises.

Massachusetts H5099 allows the town of Raynham to issue an additional license for the sale of alcoholic beverages not to be consumed on the premises. The license is specifically for V.B. Gas, Inc. D/B/A Save More Gas and Convenience at 1348 New State Highway, US-44. The license is subject to all relevant laws except for section 17 of chapter 138. If the license is terminated, fails to renew, or is cancelled, it must be returned to the licensing authority, which may then grant it to a new applicant at the same location. The license must be issued within one year of the act's passage.
