Authorizes the City of Westfield to convert one seasonal off-premises all alcoholic beverages license to an annual license.

The bill authorizes the City of Westfield to convert one seasonal off-premises all alcoholic beverages license to an annual license. The license in question is located at 54 Pleasant Street, Westfield, Massachusetts. The Westfield License Commission is prohibited from transferring this license to another organization, corporation, or location. If the license is cancelled, revoked, or no longer in use, it must be returned to the Westfield License Commission. The Commission may then grant the license to a new applicant at the same location and under the same conditions.
