Authorizes Eastham to regulate the use of toxic pesticides within the town.

The bill allows the town of Eastham to create regulations to reduce the use of toxic pesticides. This authority overrides any conflicting state laws, including those under chapter 132B of the General Laws. The act takes effect immediately upon passage.
