Massachusetts H5075 authorizes the Town of Westford to grant one additional license for off-premises alcohol sales.

Massachusetts H5075 allows the Town of Westford to issue one more license for selling alcoholic beverages off-premises. The license can be granted to Main Street Convenience, MNS Westford LLC, or Keshav Realty LLC at 103 Main Street. The license transfer is restricted to the same location and requires approval from the Department of Revenue and the Department of Unemployment Assistance. If the license is canceled, revoked, or unused, it must be returned to the licensing authority for potential reissuance. This act takes effect upon passage.
