Allows spouses to serve as paid caregivers in the MassHealth program.

The bill permits spouses to serve as paid caregivers in the MassHealth program, provided they have the authorization of a home and community-based service waiver from the federal government. This waiver is granted under Section 1915(c) of the federal Social Security Act.
