This bill allows employees of the Committee for Public Counsel Services to engage in collective bargaining.

This bill amends the General Laws to permit employees of the Committee for Public Counsel Services to engage in collective bargaining with their employer. It also requires the Committee for Public Counsel Services to request the necessary appropriation from the Governor to fund any collective bargaining agreement. The bill specifies that the Committee for Public Counsel Services is the employer for these employees.
