Establishes a Nature for All Fund to receive 50% of state taxes on sporting goods, recreational vehicles, and golf courses for natural resource.

The bill establishes a Nature for All Fund to receive 50% of state taxes on the sale and use of sporting goods, recreational vehicles, and golf courses for natural resource conservation. The fund will receive 100% of these taxes starting July 1, 2028. The fund will be managed by a 15-member Nature for All Board, including five state officials and ten public members appointed by the Governor. The fund will support conservation efforts such as protecting drinking water, restoring farms and forests, and improving parks and outdoor recreation access.
