Authorizes the conveyance of certain parcels of land in Fall River to the Fall River Redevelopment Authority.

This bill authorizes the Massachusetts Department of Transportation to convey specific parcels of land in Fall River to the Fall River Redevelopment Authority. The conveyance is subject to terms acceptable to both parties and includes the requirement for an independent appraisal of the land's fair market value. The authority may develop the land for various economic purposes. If the land ceases to be used by the authority, it reverts to the Department of Transportation, subject to certain conditions.
