The bill expands access to patient navigation services to improve health care access for eligible individuals. It mandates reimbursement for trained individuals who have completed a national patient navigation certification or credentialing program. The Executive Office of Health and Human Services will obtain physical, behavioral, and preventive health services to address social determinants of health.
