Massachusetts H4887 authorizes the town of Plymouth to create a special revenue account for land acquisition.

Massachusetts H4887 allows the town of Plymouth to establish a special revenue account called the Land Acquisition Fund. This fund can be used to acquire land for recreation, open space, and other municipal purposes. Funds from specific sections of chapters 61, 61A, and 61B of the General Laws will be deposited into this account, with interest earnings also becoming part of the fund. The act takes effect upon passage.
