It mandates that agencies make best efforts to remove identifiable information from public websites upon request. It also establishes a training and education program for survivors and holders of such orders, providing information on legal rights, recourses, and support services. The bill further clarifies that a person cannot be next of kin if they had an abuse or harassment prevention order against the deceased relative at the time of death.
