Massachusetts H4817 authorizes Pembroke to issue one extra license for off-premises alcohol sales.

Massachusetts H4817 allows the town of Pembroke to issue one additional license for the sale of alcoholic beverages not to be consumed on the premises. The license can be granted to South Shore Market and Deli at 256 Church Street. The licensing authority cannot transfer the license to another location but may grant it to a new applicant at the same location if the original license is returned. The license must be returned to the licensing authority if it is terminated, fails to be renewed, is cancelled, revoked, or no longer in use.
