Massachusetts H478 amends the sale of malt beverages produced by a pub brewery. The bill allows pub breweries to sell malt beverages at wholesale to licensed wholesalers and importers, in kegs, casks, barrels, or bottles to any person, and at retail to consumers for off-premises consumption. It also permits sales to churches, religious societies, educational institutions, and other specified entities. The total annual sales to certain licensees are capped at 50,000 gallons.
