Establishes the City of Cambridge Employment and Job Training Trust to create and maintain employment opportunities through job training services.

The bill establishes the City of Cambridge Employment and Job Training Trust to assist in creating and maintaining employment opportunities for Cambridge residents through job training services. The Trust is exempt from certain taxes and is a public employer. The board of trustees, which includes the city manager or a designee, manages the Trust's activities and finances. The Trust can receive and manage personal property, make grants and loans, and execute necessary instruments. The Trust's books and records are audited annually.
