This bill allows the commissioner of capital asset management and maintenance, in consultation with the department of conservation and recreation, to convey two parcels of land in Upton, Massachusetts, to the Upton Development Group, Ltd. or its nominee. In exchange, the Upton Development Group, Ltd. or its nominee must convey two parcels of land to the division of capital asset management and maintenance, which will be used for conservation purposes.
