Massachusetts H4755 amends the means tested senior citizen property tax exemption in Sudbury. The town of Sudbury must vote every three years to extend the exemption. If the vote is negative, the exemption pauses until restarted by another affirmative vote. The exemption can also be paused by a majority vote at any regular or special election, and must be restarted by another majority vote. If paused, the exemption resumes 30 days after the restart vote.
