Massachusetts H4752 permits the city of Revere to issue citations, establish appeal and hearing processes, file real estate liens, and use enforcement provisions for rooming house and certificates of fitness ordinance violations. This act applies only to violations separate from health, sanitary, housing, fire, building, plumbing, or electrical code violations. The act takes effect upon passage.
