Massachusetts H4751 amends the charter of Westborough to change how articles are placed on the Annual Town Meeting warrant.

Massachusetts H4751 modifies the charter of Westborough by altering the process for placing articles on the Annual Town Meeting warrant. It requires the Select Board to include any article requested in writing by town boards and officers, or by at least fifty registered voters. Additionally, it changes the procedure for warrants and articles for a special Town Meeting to follow the General Laws. This act takes effect upon passage.
