Authorizes Pelham to retain Gary L. Thomann as police chief until his retirement in 2032.

The bill authorizes the town of Pelham to continue employing Gary L. Thomann as police chief until his retirement in 2032. It allows Thomann to serve until May 17, 2032, or until relieved of duties, provided he remains mentally and physically capable. The select board can require Thomann to undergo a medical examination at their expense to assess his capability. The bill also ensures Thomann receives a superannuation retirement allowance as if he retired on May 31, 2027.
