H4660

Relative to a certain parcel of land in the town of Norton

Introduced·10/30/25
Introduced Text

Massachusetts H4660 authorizes the conveyance of specific land parcels in Norton to the town for redevelopment.

Massachusetts H4660 allows the Secretary of Transportation to convey certain land parcels in Norton to the town for redevelopment. The Massachusetts Department of Transportation must first determine if the town can sell or lease the parcels. If the town sells or leases any portion of the parcels, the proceeds must be conveyed to the commonwealth to meet the full and fair market value of the parcels. The purchaser of the land will be responsible for all costs and expenses associated with the conveyance. The land will be conveyed in its present condition through a release deed.
