Increases the number of select board members in Monson, Massachusetts, from 3 to 5.

The bill increases the number of select board members in Monson, Massachusetts, from 3 to 5. At the first annual town election following the bill's passage, three select board members will be elected. The candidate with the highest number of votes will serve a 3-year term, the second highest will serve a 2-year term, and the third highest will serve a 1-year term. Thereafter, select board members will be elected for terms of 3 years. The select board will annually select a chairperson from among its members.
