Massachusetts H4588 allows the town of Palmer to issue two additional licenses for the sale of all alcoholic beverages to be consumed on the premises and one additional license for the sale of all alcoholic beverages not to be consumed on the premises. The licenses are subject to all provisions of chapter 138, except as specified in this act. The licenses are granted to specific establishments: Tables at the Farm and New Restaurant Establishment for on-premise sales, and Lukes' for off-premise sales.
