Authorizes Conway to retain police officer Michael Habel until age 70 or retirement, with annual medical exams.

The bill allows the town of Conway to keep police officer Michael Habel employed until he turns 70 or retires, whichever comes first, provided he remains physically and mentally fit. Annual medical exams by a physician chosen by the select board will assess his capability. Habel must also maintain certification and good standing with the Massachusetts Peace Officer Standards and Training Commission, and comply with all required training. No further deductions will be made from his pay after age 65 for retirement or pension purposes.
