Massachusetts H4498 regulates elections in the town of Conway by eliminating caucuses and party designations. The nomination of candidates for town offices will occur through the filing of nomination papers. Ballots will not display party or political designations or marks, and candidates' names will not include such marks. This act takes effect upon passage.
