Allows the town of Swampscott to grant real property exemptions to disabled persons aged 69 or younger.

This bill allows the town of Swampscott to grant real property exemptions to disabled persons aged 69 or younger who have been domiciled in the town for at least 10 consecutive years. The exemption amount and qualifications, such as gross income or estate, will apply to eligible applicants. The town may choose not to provide the exemption in a fiscal year, and it will remain suspended until reauthorized. The act takes effect upon passage.
