This bill amends the charter of the city known as the town of Agawam by striking the reference to the Board of Appeals. The change will be submitted to the voters of Agawam at the 2025 regular election. If approved, the City Council and Mayor of Agawam will establish a zoning board of appeals in accordance with state law.
