Establishes a housing trust fund in Chatham, Massachusetts, to create and preserve affordable and attainable housing.

The bill establishes the Chatham Housing Trust to create and preserve affordable and attainable housing in Chatham. The trust will be managed by a 7-member board appointed by the select board. The trust fund will receive gifts, grants, and appropriations, and revenues from property sales and leases. The trust can invest, borrow, and manage properties. Attainable housing will be offered to current residents, municipal employees, local business employees, and households with children in Chatham schools, with income limits set at 200% of the area median.
