Massachusetts H4282 allows the town of Palmer to issue five additional licenses for the sale of alcoholic beverages to be consumed on the premises and one license for the sale of alcoholic beverages not to be consumed on the premises. These licenses are subject to all applicable laws except section 17 of chapter 138. The licenses must be returned to the licensing authority if terminated, failed to be renewed, or cancelled.
