This bill waives the maximum age requirement for Jonathan Telfort to be appointed as a police officer in the city of Boston. If Telfort meets all other requirements set forth by the Boston Police Department, he will be eligible for original appointment. The waiver applies regardless of any general or special law, including Chapter 43 of the Acts of 2007.
