Changes the size and term lengths of the Mattapoisett Select Board.

This bill increases the number of members on the Mattapoisett Select Board from three to five. The board will elect a Chairperson annually. At the first Annual Town Election after the bill's passage, three members will be elected: the top vote-getter will serve a three-year term, the second highest will serve two years, and the third highest will serve one year. Subsequent terms for Select Board members will be three years.
