Authorizes the city of Cambridge to issue parking violation notices above state limits using ALPR and similar technologies.

This bill allows the city of Cambridge to issue parking violation notices beyond the limits set by state law. It permits the use of automated license plate readers (ALPR) and similar parking monitoring technologies to issue notices. Such notices must be mailed within ten days to the vehicle's registrant. Photographs or data from ALPR or similar systems can serve as evidence of violations. This act takes effect upon passage.
