This bill authorizes the town of West Springfield to issue four additional licenses for the sale of alcoholic beverages not to be consumed on the premises. The licenses are to be granted to specific locations: Calabrese Market, Delaney's Market, KKK&P LLC (DBA The Country Store), and Ye Olde Butcher Shoppe.
