Establishes the City of Cambridge Employment and Job Training Trust to create and maintain employment opportunities.

The bill establishes the City of Cambridge Employment and Job Training Trust to assist in creating and maintaining employment opportunities for Cambridge residents through job training services. The Trust is governed by a board of trustees, which has the authority to manage Trust assets, make grants and loans, and employ advisors. The Trust is exempt from certain state laws and is considered a public employer. The Board must file annual reports with the City Manager and the Trust's books and records are subject to annual audits.
