Introduced Text

Massachusetts H4006 authorizes Dartmouth to issue an extra license for off-premises alcohol sales.

Massachusetts H4006 allows the town of Dartmouth to issue an additional license for selling all alcoholic beverages not meant for on-premises consumption. This license is specifically for Lofberg Market Place, LLC, doing business as Farm and Coast Market, at 7-9 Bridge Street. The license is subject to all conditions outlined in chapter 138 of the General Laws. If the license is terminated, fails to renew, is canceled, or revoked, it must be returned to the licensing authority, which may then grant it to a new applicant under the same terms.
