Expands benefits for disabled veterans and their families in Massachusetts.

This bill expands benefits for disabled veterans and their families in Massachusetts. It provides financial assistance for education and living expenses, enrollment in state health insurance programs, and tuition-free education at state colleges and universities for dependents until they reach age 24. Surviving spouses receive a monthly pension equal to 50% of the veteran’s eligible benefits, adjusted annually for inflation, and remain eligible for state-sponsored health insurance plans.
