Waives maximum age requirement for Pierre Charles Darius to become a Boston police officer.

This bill directs the Boston Police Department to waive the maximum age requirement for Pierre Charles Darius of Mattapan to become a police officer. If Pierre Charles Darius meets all other requirements set forth by the Boston Police Department, he shall be eligible for the position. The act is severable, meaning if any part is found unconstitutional, the rest remains in effect. The bill passed on March 30, 2026.
