Massachusetts H3915 permits retired Revere police officer Leo MacAskill to reapply for retirement benefits if the Revere retirement board determines he was retired due to a violent act injury. If such a determination is made, his retirement benefits will be paid and administered in accordance with the law. This act takes effect upon passage.
