Massachusetts H3894 allows the town of Cohasset to issue five additional licenses for the sale of all alcoholic beverages to be consumed on the premises. This authorization overrides any conflicting general or special laws. If a license granted under this act is cancelled, revoked, or no longer in use, it must be returned to the licensing authority, which may then grant the license to a new applicant. The act takes effect upon passage.
