Introduced·2/27/25
Introduced Text

Massachusetts H3876 provides headstones for deceased Massachusetts National Guard members who served 10 years or more, or those who died in service.

Massachusetts H3876 amends Chapter 115 of the General Laws to mandate the commission of veteran’s service to furnish headstones for deceased members of the Massachusetts National Guard who served at least 10 years or who died while in service. These headstones will be similar to those provided by the U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs. The bill aims to honor the service of long-serving or fallen members of the Massachusetts National Guard.
