Massachusetts H3855 amends the General Laws to require parents and eligible surviving spouses of veterans to reapply annually for annuity benefits. Additionally, veterans, parents, or surviving spouses who did not receive an annuity due to failure to apply can retroactively apply for 90 days following the enactment of this act.
