Massachusetts H3713 requires the Massachusetts Aeronautics Division to collect noise report data from Beverly Regional Airport and post it on the Division’s public website. This data includes noise complaints made between April 1 and October 1. The Division must also collect and post the number and time of day of all “Touch and Go” operations during the same period. The Division will provide guidance to the airport manager and commissioners for implementing a Good Neighbor policy, which includes informing airport tenants and pilots about the policy. The act takes effect on January 1, 2027.
