Massachusetts H3707 prohibits the Massachusetts Bay Transportation Authority from procuring rolling stock from manufacturers linked to certain.

Massachusetts H3707 mandates that the Massachusetts Bay Transportation Authority cannot enter into, renew, or renegotiate contracts for rolling stock procurement if the manufacturer is based in the U.S. but linked to a corporation in a nonmarket economy country or a priority foreign country. These countries are identified by the U.S. Trade Representative and subject to trade monitoring.
