Establishes a Medal of Fidelity license plate for qualifying next of kin of fallen service members.

The bill amends the General Laws to create a Medal of Fidelity license plate for qualifying next of kin of fallen service members. The application for the medal includes a notification of eligibility for the license plate. The Registrar of Motor Vehicles will provide the distinctive plates free of charge to recipients upon presentation of evidence of their status. The bill also mandates that past recipients of the medal be notified of their eligibility for the license plate.
