Massachusetts H3606 amends the General Laws to allow vehicles owned or leased by funeral homes, licensed funeral directors, or livery companies to use certain lights without a permit. These vehicles can be equipped with mounted flashing, rotating, or oscillating purple, violet, amber, clear, or white lights and alternating flashing headlights or fog lights. They can also display a flashing, rotating, or oscillating red light in the opposite direction of travel when moving forward.
